Account & Data Deletion
Learn how to delete your DigiDix account and all associated data.
Warning: Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All your data, including family data, children's profiles, tasks, achievements, and points will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Option 1: Delete Account In-App (Recommended)
The easiest way to delete your account is directly within the DigiDix app:
Open the DigiDix app and navigate to Settings from the side menu or bottom navigation.
Tap on Account or Account Settings.
Scroll down and tap Delete Account (shown in red).
Read the warning message carefully. Type your confirmation and tap Delete My Account to proceed.
Option 2: Request Deletion by Email
If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by email:
- Send an email to contact@digidix.com
- Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- Include the email address associated with your DigiDix account
- We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 7 business days
What Data Gets Deleted?
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:

| Achievements and badges | Permanently deleted |
| Streaks | Permanently deleted |
| Profile images and task photos | Permanently deleted |
| Push notification tokens | Permanently deleted |
| Suggestions and bonus requests | Permanently deleted |
Note: Anonymous analytics data that cannot be linked to your account may be retained for up to 14 months for service improvement purposes.
Important Notes
- Cancel Subscriptions First: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. Please cancel through Google Play Store or Apple App Store before deleting your account.
- Processing Time: Data deletion is processed within 30 days of your request. Your account will be deactivated immediately.
- Family Impact: If you are the family owner, deleting your account will delete all associated child accounts and family data.
- No Recovery: Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered. You would need to create a new account and start fresh.
Deleting a Child's Profile Only
If you want to remove only a specific child's profile without deleting your entire account:
- Open the DigiDix app
- Go to Settings → Children
- Select the child you want to remove
- Tap Delete Child
- Confirm the deletion
This will permanently delete all data associated with that child while keeping your account and other children's data intact.
